Each project is assigned a team that has worked together, and is hand picked based on experience and ability to fit into a project team, all of whom have a willingness to co-operate, and able to get the good ideas included.

Each job will be made up of an Operations Director, Contracts Manager, Contract Surveyor, Site Manager, Temporary works Engineer, Planning Engineers, Buyers and Health & Safety advisors. Every one will be expected to live by O’Keefe principles, they are a non-negotiable requirement.
