215 Oxford Street London W1
Oxford Street definitely the place to be seen, you’ll be able to see our signboards from quite some distance whilst we build out the new basement and RC frame on this new retail and commercial building. Although the building is small in footprint the site has all the constraints of working in a city centre location including tight access, weight restricted roads, and not least the general public are also in very close proximity.

Barking Town Centre
The first stage in the development of Barking Town Centre will provide 200 flats in a new building over the existing library which is refurbished and remodelled to form a new Life-Long Learning Centre. The £27 million scheme which is next to the existing Town Hall will include the creation of a new civic square. We will be doing the groundworks and RC Frame.

Folkestone Academy
Folkestone Academy will be the 3rd Academy that we will have worked on. We have recently completed the enabling and advance works at Harris Academy in Croydon, and we are in full flight at Similar to St Matthews in Lewisham, we are doing the full groundworks and stabilisation packages, and the RC Frame in the case of Folkestone Academy.

HMP Chelmsford
Work is well underway at HM Prison Chelmsford. We are carrying out the groundworks, drainage and external works on these new visitor and prison facilities.

Slough Schools
This project will be the 22nd school project that we have worked on over the past few years. This one at Slough is similar to Merton Schools in so far that there are several schools included, and Wates are the again main contractor. The scope of our work includes a foul water diversion, soil stabilisation together with the groundworks and the RC frame.

Chelsea Wharf
We will be constructing the basement and RC Frame to this high profile residential development. The basement is adjacent to the river Thames and requires considerable temporary works, which we have designed.
